Erin Caldwell

Erin Caldwell is a body, mind, heart and spirit "connection" specialist. She has a wealth of industry experience in the areas of organization development, group transformation process, customer & employee relations, and communications.

Erin sees the ultimate work to be done each day is to make the conscious choice to support our authentic self while being aware and honouring the reality of our persona – our dutiful self. This conscious choice can then clearly guide the decision to create new personal & professional realities, maintain current realities that are still effective, and release realities that no longer serve us or allow us to contribute our unique gifts into our world.

Through her inherent ability to understand, identify and make sound life-affirming choices, Erin assists others to reveal more of who they are so they can make choices that support their authentic expression and exponentially enhance their personal & professional life experience.

Erin has held 5 senior management positions in a large government Corporation, worked at a senior executive level for 7 years, and directed a very successful internal organization development consulting group for 2 years before co-founding Quantum Ties Inc.

She, and her business partner Sarah, are the creators of many QTI unique learning models and sessions that assist individuals, groups and organizations to become "transformation, inspiration, effectiveness specialists". They bring their in-depth experience in facilitating enhanced, affirming relationships with individuals and groups to all phases of a comprehensive human transformation initiative.

Erin is the creator of the ground-breaking ATIM (All-That-Is-ME) Residential Intensive learning experience. She serves as a P.L.I. Intensive Coach and Master Teacher, on the faculty of the Secretan Center, as a certified Insights Discovery facilitator, Six Thinking Hats facilitator and graduate of the Chelaume Healing Center with certification in both Energy Systems and Vibrational Healing. She and her business team won the International Association of Business Communicators Gold Quill Award of Excellence for Employee Communication. She is the author of two books.

Sarah Grimmer
Co-Founder, Quantum Ties Inc. (QTI)

Sarah Grimmer is a “new world” specialist, passionately involved in what has heart and meaning for her and her clients.

She is a natural visionary with an innate ability to cut through limitations, disappointment, and restrictions to resolve challenging situations. Sarah instinctively sees what needs to be connected, designed & accomplished to renew and regenerate self and others, and then builds new worlds, internally and externally, whether they relate to ideas, projects or people.

She infuses every client interaction with her excitement and expertise in bringing ideas, and creative projects into transformative, inspiring and effective form.

Sarah’s success, over 25 years within the hospitality, planning, transportation, association, corporate and government sectors, has come from her capacity to honour complexity, bring a negotiating mind to every interaction, break outmoded patterns, and expand and build new worlds while seeing what changes or acceptance is needed to allow self and others to connect more expressively with the wholeness of our souls.

Ingrid Bergmann BC, CHRP, PCC
Senior Associate

A Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University), Ingrid helps clients make positive career choices that reflect their vision, values, talents, abilities and life goals. She has a special interest in helping her clients become more conscious and authentic leaders through greater self knowledge. Ingrid believes that meditation can offer exponential value in this regard. She offers individual instruction as part of her coaching practice and small group instruction by request.

Ingrid's background allows her to be especially helpful to Public and Private Sector Leaders, HR Practitioners and Entrepreneurs. Prior to her current role as Vice President, Vancouver Island, for a large international career transition and organizational consulting firm, Ingrid held Director and VP level positions with the Manitoba Civil Service Commission in Winnipeg, the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology in Saskatoon and Camosun College in Victoria where she provided strategic HR, labour relations and organization development advice and guidance. Her experience also includes expertise in compensation and classification, employee wellness and policy development.

Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Studies, an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management and Certificates in Mediation/Conflict Resolution and Labour Relations. She also holds the Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) designation and is an active member of the BCHRMA. Ingrid is an accredited Insights Discovery and MBTI facilitator. She is also a graduate of the Chelaume Healing Arts Centre (Energy Healing Level 1). Ingrid has been granted the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation by the International Coach Federation and serves on the Board of the Vancouver Island Chapter of the ICF.

Janice Parviainen
Associate

Janice Parviainen has been on a lifelong journey to help alleviate human suffering. Her first stop was in the medical sciences- biochemistry, microbiology and immunology. During these years, Janice became aware of another ailment which was the cause of great human suffering on a personal and professional level. This was the lack of understanding self and others. Janice has since dedicated the rest of her life to this purpose.

As an Associate of QTI, Janice Parviainen emphasizes the importance of understanding self and others within the workplace and family. Her mastery on the subject of personality type has taken her across the world as a speaker, curriculum designer, facilitator and executive coach. Janice applies her science of personality type to sales and marketing, customer service, leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Her clients have included Xerox, Dupont, Magna, Rogers Cable, OPP, The Gap, TTC, Ministry of Health, Investors Group, BMO Financial, CIBC Financial Services, Salvation Army, to name a few.

Janice brings to QTI clients a relaxed and humourous style in her presentations. Like all the QTI team, she prepares for all her work with a customized approach and a strong focus on her clients’ expectations. She is enthusiastic and radiates her love of people. Janice is currently writing two books- Courage to Love Self which discusses the need to understand and love all that we are AND Courage to Love the Children which focuses on parenting the personalities and the spiritual development of children. Janice lives dynamically with her three children and life-long partner in their off-grid sustainable home.

Brenda Anderson is Vice-President for Global Business Development for SmithBucklin, the world’s largest association management company. She also serves as CEO for Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE), a global society with members from eighty-two countries.

On the job or off, Brenda is true to herself and understands the power of “living inside-out” that challenges perceptions about the established ways of achieving success and creates opportunities for breakthrough.

Brenda is the author of PLAYING THE QUANTUM FIELD: How Changing your Choices can Change your Life, a book that provides a tangible visualization of a new way of life that may be beyond the imaginations of many.

As an associate of Quantum Ties Inc. (QTI), Brenda is devoted to connecting her clients to the power of the quantum field so that they can experience it organically for themselves.

Brenda holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Chicago, and is a honorary professor of Shanghai Normal University. She is also a graduate of Players Workshop, an improvisational comedy school in Chicago. She is a certified Reiki practitioner.
