QTI uses the Insights Psychometric Assessment Tool as the foundation
for much of its work:
QTI's unique approach to presenting the Insights Discovery
material and Personal Profile is the first step of a transforming
experience for individuals and groups.
The Insights model recognizes and celebrates the fact that each
person is unique - with different styles, needs, expectations, reactions,
and responses. In the differences are great strengths.
Participants receive a 36 page Personal Profile that, in our experience,
yields accuracy rates in the 95% plus range.
The session itself introduces a powerful, yet simple, common language
which we build on to enhance communication, assist people to adapt
and connect, and raise awareness of individual responses to stress.
If we're working with an intact team, we'll also provide
an analysis of group dynamics.
The Profile is also being used effectively as a key component for
the two sessions we offer that deal with stress and change – and
as the foundation for individual and/or group conflict transformation.
With the Insights model we are able to not only explore the obvious "conscious
persona" but the "less conscious persona" - which
we've found to hold the key for most people experiencing stress.
We arrange for each participant to receive a one-hour coaching session
as a follow-up to the session. We use this time specifically to address
the unique graph readings that accompany the Profile. This is a high
value-added aspect of the offering.
Each participant receives comprehensive learning and resource materials.
QTI facilitators are certified to teach and lead all Insights learning
sessions.
The QTI/Insights Application
Overview:
Quantum Ties Inc. has developed proven and unique applications for the Insights Discovery System that specifically address many of the challenges in today's corporate world. We respect the value of other preference indicator instruments and ensure that we build on any existing work to add to the individual and corporate experience.
Our focus is to work in partnership to co-create and facilitate individual and corporate re-connections, increase energy and service capacity and improve bottom-line results. We know that effective learning and development is solutions-based. We have developed our unique service applications to bring immediate, practical and tangible results that provide high return on investment that increases in value over time.
- Step One: In advance of their QTI Insights Discovery Session, participants receive a 23 (minimum) page Personal Profile that, in our experience, can yield accuracy rates in the 95% plus range when the Evaluator is filled out authentically.
We deliver the confidential Profile to each participant before the learning session.
NOTE: The Profile is used effectively as a key component for the 2 QTI sessions that deal with stress and change – and as the foundation for individual and group conflict transformation. With the Insights model we are able to explore both the obvious conscious persona and also the less conscious persona – which we've found to hold the key for most people experiencing stress or conflict.
- Step Two: The 1-day session introduces a powerful, yet simple, common language which we build on to enhance communication and raise awareness of individual physiological, emotional, and intellectual responses to the internal and external world – which includes stress response and reaction. If we're working with an intact team, we also provide an analysis of group dynamics.
One of the distinct components of a QTI Insights Discovery session is learning the physiological preferences behind personality type.
Each participant receives learning and resource materials. QTI faciliators are certified to faciliate, teach, and lead.
- Step Three : Each participant receives an individual 1.5 hour extended learning session as a follow-up to the group session. We use this time to explore each individual's Core Gifts and address the unique graph readings that accompany the Profile. This is a high value-added aspect of the QTI offering.
- Step Four: Following the 1-on-1's, we meet with the group Leader for a Core Gifts Review to share (with permission from participants) the Core Gifts of each of the group members. This information is invaluable for the Leader in creating the environment, and assisting the group member to make the highest, energizing, and fulfilling contribution possible.
QTI also provides Enhancing Leadership sessions for the Leader as a follow-up – if desired – to assist the Leader in realizing the full potential of the group.
The Unique QTI/Insights Applications:
Rapidly Assimilated Common Language
The unique QTI/Insights approach provides for quick and effective use of a common language – particularly important in facilitating effective communications that are imperative during times of rapid change.
By the end of your first one-day Insights session the individuals and the group will immediately be able to use the Insights language and understanding of individual physiological and socialized preferences to: present ideas, address issues, alleviate stress, promote understanding, set strategic direction and achieve individual and corporate goals.
Transforming Stress and Disconnection
The unique QTI/Insights application places emphasis on raising awareness and meeting the needs of individuals and groups in mid-to-high levels of stress, in professional situations - so often the cause of disconnections in the workplace. We provide comprehensive quantitative and qualititative tools for understanding, and identifying solutions to lead a group or individual back to effectiveness. This unique application is able to track the individual's experience with the conscious and less conscious persona as well as the high-stress “shadow“ experience.
Enhancing Sales/Service
The unique QTI/Insights application provides a very specific sales and service overview and application for individuals and groups, allowing individuals and their leaders to make the best use of their natural sales/service preferences that contributes directly to individual and team effectiveness.
Facilitates Benchmarking and Action-Planning
The unique QTI/Insights approach provides benchmarking capabilities. We work with individuals on a one-on-one basis in a Core Gifts extended learning session to address the specific and unique quantitative information in their Insights Profile. This information relates directly to how the individual may be over-using or under-using their preferences, and allows for action planning to stem from this awareness.
Provides Culture Assessment and Effective Solutions
The unique QTI/Insights approach includes a comprehensive look at a team, group or organization's culture. This is especially important for leaders and team members to be aware of, as they embrace their organization's natural culture preferences. Today's business realities frequently experience the merging of corporate cultures or a complete shift in business direction, so we work with leaders to facilitate effective solutions for incorporating the core gifts of each individual, while leading the natural culture preferences to move the organization to its new and effective future.
